I am so livid with this company right now, I don't even know what to do! We scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 9:30 am. My husband took it in promptly at 9:30 and the lady at the front couldn't even figure out the appointment. I specifically told her what was going on when I talked to her Wednesday. She said the 9:30 am appointment would be a great time because they could assess the issue as she said it sounded like a recall.
Needless to say, that was the biggest load of bull -ironic... It's an Earnhardt company. My husband took a shuttle home, and they said it would be a couple of hours before they would be able to call us with the issue.
SEVEN HOURS LATER- Yes! SEVEN hours later WE had to call them to see what the heck was going on with our family vehicle. The stupid lady at the front said that she would have to take a message! Excuse me? My vehicle which is a HUGE part of my life is at your shop and you can't even tell us where it is? Irritated at this point.
My husband called back an hour later after no call back. Still had no answers. He called back an hour later. FINALLY they knew what was wrong. All of it is TOTAL manufacturer defect, it's not an old car by any means and they are trying to charge us thousands of dollars. I'm seriously debating telling them to go shove one and give me my car back! This is unreal! It's now 24 hours later and they have not contacted us once, this is completely unacceptable. I would stay as far away from this place as possible! Absolutely fuming!!!!
Just got off the phone with the service manager, totally unempathetic to any of my concerns. I got the information to get my car fixed/recall info and I'm high-tailing it away from this place. Such a horrible show of customer satisfaction.
