| - Went there for my birthday party on a Friday night. The decor is nice, the music is good, the beer selection is interesting and the food was great (except for the tartare which was super spicy and not mentioned on the menu)
All these elements makes it a place with good potential, but one main problem to be solved: the staff!
It was the worst ever! The place was 2/3 empty, and they were about 8staff: plenty.
Instead of doing there job, they were all on there phone, joking around, watching tv, drinking, and do everything you can imagine expect their job.
We had to wait generally 15min and ask twice for a beer to be served (when there was no mistake), brought half of the food, rude management (asked for a table photo and supervisor passing by refused us saying he was the supervisor and didn't take photo, to wait for the waitress )
The worst is to see the drinks standing on the bar ready to be served, and all the staff passing multiple times in front of it and not touching it, just wandering around.
I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't go again as it ruined a bit the experience.
Knowing that we were 8 with a 400$ bill, I guess they could have focus a bit more.
No wonder why it was almost empty on a Friday night and their neighbour competitor are packed! Do something about the staff management and your service standards.
