  • Called the owner John to look at a roof repair for a property. He went out and sent me a quote to replace the entire roof (as opposed to replace the addition area like I had asked). When pointed that out he said he would go back and look at the addition area the next day. Never heard from him. A week later when I called him he said he won't do the repair if I'm not replacing the roof. John started using profanities and inappropriate language. Completely unprofessional. I'm glad it never got to the point that he started work on the property. I have a feeling I dodged a bullet.
