  • I don't know how A&R has received bad reviews. My experience the customer service was awesome. We just rented a new house. When we got in there after signing the lease. We noticed a foul smell after going upstairs. We noticed two of the rooms were overpowering with an odor. When we first walked it they must of put down a lot of deodorizer. Cause it didn't smell at all. But knowing we had to move in at the end of that week we knew we had to do something about it. Luckily we found Jason @ A&R he was able to knock out the odor completely. He did promise me that if the 1st visit didn't do the trick that he would come back to take care of it. And one of the rooms we did have to have him come back. And Jason did hold up to his promise he was back out there. The next day after letting him know. Jason does a great job highly recommend. I will be using A&R from now on for all of our carpet and tile cleaning needs
