My first thought when my phone broke down was"Crap gotta buy a new one!!." Isn't it what we all do? Fixing a mobile phone is not something possible in 2017 seems like.
I would never think of buying a new car right off the bat because it needs repairs. Without a blink, I would have bought a brand new $800+/- iPhone for something that cost $69 with the right people who analyzed it, fixed it and backed-up their repair work.
Anything can be fixed to an extent. Matters is a good word to have in a company name, it says a lot.
