  • Ryan seemed friendly and honest but he worked on a vehicle and charged me more than any shop in the valley. I only found out afterwards when I looked up the parts. He claimed this was normal, even though his wife originally told me they didn't mark up parts. When I asked him about it, he got defensive. My vehicle was never fixed. I took it to him running and he towed it to my property and left me a voicemail saying he was closing the company and leaving town. I tried to email him about the parts to get a receipt so I could return them and get my money back and he acted as if I was attacking him and told me it was harassment and to leave him alone. My fault for not doing my research. When my current mechanic looked at the truck, he told me it was missing some parts that wouldn't allow it to run at all so I know Ryan took those parts out and overcharged me $1,200 for parts....and left me a truck not running.
