| - Update to the old review of the drinks:
Food is good as well! Nice steaks and a good selection of appetizers as well!
Started with the beef tartare, a little light in portion size but was still good, very tasty umami beefy goodness. Wife got the Caesar salad, pretty standard. Cousin got the wedge salad, this looked amazing, and came with super thick cut, awesomely awesome bacon pieces. Definitely have to get this if you go.
I had the ribeye, ordered medium rare, and I was very pleased to see it was cooked perfectly. The beef was well marbled and no gristle. It had the taste of an aged steak but I can't say it was a Vegas top ten, then again there are some serious steak places here. Wife had the filet, also cooked expertly, these people know how to cook some meat.
Drinks were once again awesome, and the whiskey selection is very respectable.
Only complaint was the service, the guys were super nice and chill but it took quite a while to get orders and drinks, and although water refills came quickly I can't say anything else did. Course I was borderline hangry so my perception could have been altered just a bit.
Overall I recommend going and trying it out. Check out the old review for the cocktail review.
