  • Absolutely amazing experience! I moved to the Cleveland area a year ago from Columbus, and didn't realize there was an Aveda salon close enough to me. I had gone to another Westlake salon once last summer, and it left me unimpressed. I went to Arz, and I am so glad I found it! Lauren did an amazing job taking me from long hair to a great short hair cut! I've never gone short like this, and she kept asking my opinion and making me comfortable with it the whole time. My hair looks awesome, and everyone that's seen it loves it! Everyone at the salon was so nice, I've found my salon up here!
