  • Okay first of all this is COST CUTTERS! I'm paying $15 dollars for a haircut not $40. I just can't help but laugh at people who wanted a more "luxurious" experience... From cost cutters. I get in quick, the people are friendly, it's cheap, and no one has really messed up my hair. I also like that they cut my hair dry because then they are cutting it in the form it usually is in instead of long, straight, and wet. They also cut my boyfriends hair and have yet to screw it up like other places have.
