  • LOVE the store itself. Great materials, great quality, great prices. BUT, I've been going there for 3 years now, and they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Their employees are rude and are never around or helpful. And I'm not talking about once in a while, this happens every single time I go there. I wish there was once closer because I always get so frustrated at this location. And I am not one of those needy customers either, just when I need assistance, they are extremely disappointing. I might also want to add that it is not only me that thinks this, every one that I know that shops there agrees. PLEASE work on your customer service!!!
