  • Most of the time I like the grooming service I had - it is the cheapest around. But of course, remember whom you got a good haircut (or at least remember the bad ones). My experience with Saina was below average: hair was cut way smaller than I specified. Facial hair was uneven. She did not put the bow (shows the negligence). Our dog looks terrible. Anyway, their vet service is great. So, I will be back to Petsmart but will skip Shaina, the groomer.
