  • First off, Dutch Bros has outstanding customer service! Their customer service definitely surpasses Starbucks or any other coffee shop I've ever been to! I've been there 4 times since they've opened and each time I'm amazed at just how enthusiastic the employees are! It seems like a positive, fun, energetic place to work, and they just pass all that goodness on to every customer! Even though I felt like I was being treated extra special, I know they treat all their customers with the same outstanding service! Secondly, I've tried 5 different drinks and every single one was awesome! I've had the Dutch freeze Caramalizer and it's so good! It's not as sweet as a caramel Frap from Starbucks, and that is fine by me! I've had a Cocomo, Kicker, Iced coffee and a Dutch Soda. The prices are amazing for the size that you get! I'm a Starbucks regular, I mean, I'm a gold member! I love Starbucks BUT I will have to say that I frequently complain about their prices, especially the new "mini" size that is not worth almost $4 Lastly, they have a punch card, buy 10 get the 11th free! The first time I went they gave my whole family a card and stamped each one almost all the way through!! I'm big on rewards programs so this is definitely a plus! This will definitely be my regular coffee spot!! You just can't beat their customer service along with their yummy, affordable coffee!!
