  • Took my new kitty here for her 1st check up & it went great. Everyone, from the receptionist to the vet, was very warm & welcoming. They treated my kitty & I with respect & kindness. I saw Dr Webb, who took her time examining Princess Palace Pet & gave me advice on how to care for cats, as I've never had one before. While I was there, some people came in with a small dog that had just had surgery at a different clinic. They had questions on it's recover. Even though they had it's surgery elsewhere, the staff went out of their way to provide advice & support for the concerned parents. Also, the place seemed clean & has separate entrances/waiting areas for dogs & cats. I had been driving all the way from Sunrise Manor to a Henderson vet for my doggy, who is 5, but now I plan on transferring Lucky the Wonderdog's care over here.
