If I could rate just the lady in the breakfast area then this would be a five star review because she was the only pleasant woman I encountered the whole trip. I hate to call out people but stefania was the most unpleasant front desk I have ever met. I had to call times before arriving because she did not see the note calling out the name of a person arriving before me to check in. Even the people at reservations didn't understand why she didn't see the note until the third time I called. We were not greeted upon arrival or anytime we entered the hotel.
Now the room was spacious but the one bed that was expected to fit three people (they didn't honor my request that I made when I called the hotel weeks prior to arriving for two beds, which I was told would be honored, especially when they wouldn't cancel my room) was horribly uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a sleep number but my God the floor would have been better. Also good to note this hotel does not have roll away beds. At least that's what I was told. They also don't have band aids in their first aid kit. The man at the front desk informed my friend he could wait until someone came back from lunch and maybe she would know where they were. I'm sorry but you should know where they are...maybe even be concerned with the blood that was gushing out of my friends foot onto your floor. Needless to say I will not be staying at this Wyndam again.
