I was introduced to Cloud Cryotherapy last year by a client recommendation.
Before my first session I was a little afraid that it was going to be very cold and I generally don't like being cold. Any day I would prefer to go to a super hot sauna to sweat. I had some shoulder injury and thought I give it a try. Since cryotherapy claims that it is helpful with inflammation. I had a few sessions and this was my first impression. The first day my appetite decreased, I had more energy, slept like a baby and felt some slimming effect. I loved it!
When you arrive you go into a changing room. Take off everything, put on 2 socks, gloves a robe and slippers. Everything is provided and clean. Once you step into the cryo chamber (it's a stand up tube and your head is out ) you have to hand out your robe and you get an extra set of thick gloves. The temperature is lowered gradually by the attendant and he talks to you the whole time. I find that very helpful to be distracted for that 3 minutes.
I decided to have a couple of sessions this past week again. Since I'm just recovering from a surgery I thought a little extra energy boost would be helpful. Every time I stepped out of that tube I felt like my whole body was alive. Especially the legs. It feels so invigorating. I wish I could do this every day. I did my research on this before I tried it and I can see how the studies support the positive effect of this treatment. I would definitely recommend this for people who work out a lot or maybe run a marathon. It would help greatly with recovery.
I found parking is limited on the street but you can pull in front of the place. For the most part I was always able to to that (3 cars can fit in there easily).
My only critique would be that the restroom looks like it wasn't meant for customers and it definitely could use a good cleaning.
