Costumer service here is painfully behind the standard within the industry and the city of Las Vegas. I came a couple days ago, found a lot of items I liked, totaling a little over $350 and the credit card system does not work with Wells Fargo cards. If you are using your Wells Fargo card of any kind be prepared to use another form of payment. In a time crunch I had to leave and wasn't able to come back that evening. Now, two days later, I come back and I have my order ready however the flower I was looking for an 1/8 of only had 1/4's left. I decided not a problem, I'll buy a little more if they would throw in some sort of pre-roll or other item as a good faith gesture for spending more money. Multiple specials are running today where you get a free pre-roll or some other free item when buying something specific but they wouldn't extend that offer to me. Absolutely mind boggling that a business would turn away hundreds of dollars today, and thousands of dollars a year when a resolution is so easy to find. They could have made this costumer not only happy today but a great ambassador for their business. Don't expect to be treated with any great costumer service here. The manager Ty made it very apparent that there is no willingness by the business to retain good costumers in an already saturated market. I'll take my couple thousand dollars a year elsewhere.
Update: sounds like bad business to offer free pre rolls for people spending $60 and not for someone who is going to spend hundreds of dollars monthly. I will take your advise and shop elsewhere. Euphoria always goes the extra mile for good costumes. Cheers.
