I don't do this often but I felt compelled to write something in the situation because of my positive experience with a place that I frequently use and experience is always good. In my experience today, the owner (and I'm sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond to rectify a mistake the business had made. I truly felt like he wanted to make not only this situation right, but also walk away with a feeling that Park Avenue Cleaners cares about its customers....and that is exactly how I feel. I think A drycleaner is a business that you generally walk in, walk out, and don't have a highly negative or highly positive experience....but I assure you, if something does go wrong, you can rest assured they will make it right. Does your dry cleaner do that?
