Ridiculous "admin" fees and un-accommodating to repeat customers. My daughter and her friend are enrolled but the class they currently are in filled up during open enrollment. We re-enrolled yesterday to find there was only 1 spot left in their current class so we picked a different day because we want the 5 year old girls together. Within 20 min of re-enrolling I realized I have a schedule conflict with the new day (Tues) and asked if there was any way we could get both girls into the their regular Thursday class. The girl said she would ask the office manager and have her call me back tomorrow (which is now today)
They called and said they can't put both girls in because only 1 spot open. So I said unfortunately we will have to drop this session. The office manager then tells me there is a $20 administrative fee for dropping before the session!? Um, for what?! I let them know yesterday that we couldn't do the class on Tuesdays and I was only able to do Thursday.
Be careful that you are absolutely certain you can keep your scheduled day BEFORE enrolling with this gym. I can't believe they would charge me a fee in this situation. BAD business!
Furthermore, my daughter has attended classes there for the past year and she still can't do a cartwheel. There are much better gyms out there.
