  • VW of South Charlotte is a class act without being stuffy. I have always worked with John Keating in the Service Department - he is easy to get in touch with, helpful, genuine and professional. The staff and facility are top-notch. I am the second owner of my VW CC but when I am ready to trade I will definitely try to go with VW of South Charlotte. I have utilized the shuttle service, sat in the customer area and had my car repaired or serviced there several times and always came away a little lighter in the purse (as these things tend to do) but felt that I was charged fairly and the work was done correctly and was treated very well. I rarely give 5 start ratings to anything. Can't think of anything they could do better unless they can figure out a way to do it free!
