I went to the Supercenter in monona wi for a simple exchange I was informed that I would not be able to do the "exchange" because of to many unreceipted returns. I thought that the point of a " exchange " is to not return the product. At the same time I was denied the exchange, a lady next to me returned a box from a tv, not the tv, just the box. She had a receipt and received a full refund, for just a tv box. Love the fact that walmart has a 4" tall sign at customer service saying "our customers satisfaction so our goal". In reality this is not the case at all. I feel that it is the bottom line and so the CEO can get his 9,000,000 a year salary. Do what your sign says and take care of ALL the customers. Not just the ones with a receipt and a box.
