  • Came here on may 4th to pick up one of the exclusive boba fett exclusives figures. I was driving to the location and called to see if they had any in stock. The woman said she had 8 left and i asked her if she could put one on hold for me because i was on my way there. She said that she couldn't and it was a first come first serve basis which was fine with me. I arrived 10 mins after the call and went to the store. The greeter asked me if i was looking for anything and i told her that i was looking for that one figure and she said they sold out 2 hours ago but they do have some other exclusive items. I came here specifically to pick up one item and i just wish that they would have told me on the phone that they sold out and not lied to get me into the store to try to sell me some other items. Positive things about the store is that it is very well organized and the staff did seem friendly to help and that is why i'm giving it a 3 star. If i came here without being told that they had an item i was looking for then i would have given this place a 4 star or higher
