| - Let me just say, I moved to Phoenix not knowing the area. When I toured the property, everything looked pretty nice and it had a location convenient to lots of business (Target, L.A. Fitness, Starbucks, etc.). The rental agent was very nice and I signed a lease.
First, they told me my 3rd story "probably" had a covered patio. Yeah, not one single 3rd story has one so that was an outright lie.
Second, my pool key has yet to work, even after going and getting numerous new keys.
Third, I complained about my covered parking spot. The lady next to me was always over the line. They gave me a stack of "call the office about parking" notices and called it good. Seven months later and I have yet to park in my spot.
Fourth, I had an electrical short in my light for seven months. Once a week, I went down to file a maintenance request and each time they would simply change the light bulb. Each time I told them that was not the issue. One maintenance worker told me "most of the guys were just too lazy to fix this" then proceeded to do the same thing! Oh and that was the maintenance manager.
Fifth, they supposedly have a gym that's open from 6 a.m. till 11 p.m. Hahahaha, this includes two elipticals, two bikes, a rowing maching and four weight machines. No treadmills or free weights and it's only open during office hours (8 am- 7 pm). The gates are always locked around the area and I had to jump the fence to get out twice.
All in all, I would NEVER renew my lease and would advise anyone considering living here not to do so.
