  • Where should I start? 100 stars. Novocur really treats you like family. I have been seeing them for over a year now for chronic pain I have in my neck and upper back from a car accident. From day one they have treated me like family. They are very involved with their patients and it really makes you know you're in great hands. The staff is fantastic! They always have on smiling faces and you can tell they all really enjoy their jobs and their patients. Dr. Thomas and the girls in the procedure room really put me at ease every time I'm in. I can tell they take pride in ensuring everything is sterile and pristine for every procedure. Marisa is also great! She truly listens to how I'm feeling and always knows what's best to try next to relieve my pain. Even the girls up front are awesome! Tiffany and Brittany are very knowledgable and have great answers to the many questions I have. Brittany is always my go to girl with some of the complications I've had with my insurance. I can't say enough about how great everyone here is. I feel it's hard to find a practice that really goes the extra mile for its patients and truly cares. I would highly recommended them to anyone.
