  • So last visit wasn't so pleasant due to those circumstance but they offered to fix my issue, I went in and got an oil change. The staff was very pleasant especially considering it was Friday afternoon.. They took very special care of my car and exceeded my expectations. They gave me a quote on some other things and it wasn't your typical "bribe" session. Thank you Firestone for your professionalism and dedication to great service !
