  • This place is horrible do not take your car here. I have a claim and my car was vandalized and my car literally sat at the repair facility for days, and nothing was done. I have State Farm so I was told that Kelly would call me back everything would be okay. Long story short my car is still in the shop over a week later and no one has reached out to give me any updates. I have been back and forth with this shop and State Farm trying to get information and NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! If you want your repairs handled professionally I suggest Bell Collision, what a mistake it was to choose this body shop. Mind you this is supposed to be a select facility. No! Don't do it! The negative reviews are true! I'm sure the good ones are fake. All I can say is read the reviews I should've, now I feel stupid that I didn't.
