  • I had booked another company but wasn't feeling all warm and fuzzy about them! So I called another company, A1, and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady! I already felt better!! She answered all my questions and I cancelled the other company. The tech arrived on time and explained all options and was very nice and knew what he was doing. He did mention a gas surcharge fee of $12.95 that pissed me off and I said that the fee was never mentioned and I would not pay. He waived it and said no problem...The fee was my only complaint, but they resolved that on the spot!
