  • First time to stay there and it was great. Pros: 1. Great location. Located in the Miracle Mile Mall. Easy access to restaurants and Planet Hollywood Hotel. 2. Nice and modern decor 3. Bath Robe 4. Friendly and helpful Staffs 5. Room Service was fast 6. Room was clean and spacious 7. Comfortable bed 8. Towels were soft 9. Nice view from the hotel 10. Check in fast 11. Great deal compared to other hotels 12. Mini Bar, microwave and refrigerator Cons: 1. No slippers 2. Not a lot of cabs at the taxi stand. We always walk to Planet Hollywood to get the cab. I would definitely stay there again.
