  • I have had to deal with company because this is who our rental company uses. If you have the choice DON'T use this company. He leaves a mess when he's done for you to clean up. We had to have a faucet replaced last year which took weeks, he kept calling and would schedule and not show up. He came back in August and replaced a toilet for us. Well he was called out again today because the toilet that is only 5 months old wouldn't flush right. Turns out my lovely kid flushed a ball down it! He tried to tell me that the toilet needs to be replaced. I'm....no! It's only 5 months old and if the ball went in it has to come out. I thanked him and he left. I then got the ball out and put the toilet back. Notified the rental company (who was shocked and actually authorized them to replace the toilet) that it was taken care of and I don't want this company at my house ever again!
