rev:text	Currently(11/22/14) my review can't be complete. That's because our building is still under construction. However I can talk about what my experience is living here so far. This place is very nice and I enjoy living here a lot. The staff is the best so far from any apartment place I've lived in. The apartments are sturdy and you get what you paid for. The walls are easy to mark up (for those of us who have bikes we rest on the wall). The location is superb I walk/bike for all my needs in Tempe. Unfortunately I have to report that the noise from the Tempe city can be heard on the East side of apartment. I cannot vouch for the West side or the North and South. I am directly on the east side and face Tempe Beach Park which gets a lot of events that blast into my apartment. I can also hear all the airport traffic as well as any marathons or sporting events that occur in the city. The noises of the street as well as a skateboarder going down the sidewalk, people partying and walking back to their homes, and any activity in the hallways. This place does come with a complete gym and swimming pool which is not finished yet I've been watching its production and they look like they're about to be amazing. This does have a lounge area that is available to all residents, thoughI have not used it myself, it looks fun for those who enjoy common areas. The community does host little get togethers if you will. For example at Halloween there was a costume contest that was hosted by the office (I did not participate.) A dog park is not too far from here for those of you who love dogs. The dog park is about a 8 minute walk. There is a dog walking area on the east side that provides doggie bags for those who need to clean up after their dogs. I would like to give this place 5 stars, unfortunately the noise from the city is so loud that I cannot do so. Other than this if you're a heavy sleeper this place is amazing. I will not move here for the entire time that I'm living in Arizona because of location & facilities. To be continued...
