| - Stopped for an early evening treat for me and my kiddos (1 year old and 3 year old) after a couple hours of running errands. The drive through was closed which made me unhappy seeing I had to get both of my kids out of their car seats to go in and get 3 donuts. I thought "oh well, we'll just go in and eat them! Stretch our legs!" After walking in, I decided against staying to eat there because it was unkempt, run down and uninviting. I got to the counter, first in line, and was never greeted or anything of the matter as I stood there for a solid 4-5 minutes waiting to be helped. My son *barely* bumped into the wall under the counter and the entire thing fell to the ground. I was then helped immediately after the bang of the piece of wood in a nasty, aggressive tone: "What can I get for you?!" I then proceeded to let her know: "this piece of wood just fell off onto my sons feet" her: "yeah, and I can't fix it either! So what can I get for you?!" I gave her my order and with each donut just grabbed, tossed them into the bag in an obvious bad mood... then aggressively giving me my bag of donuts. I have worked at a DD before and if anything were to have happened like that at my location, I would've immediately apologized on behalf of the store and asked if the child was ok. She took my money with attitude and I was never told "have a good day" or anything of that nature. I will NEVER be back to this location. Unfriendly, run down, the donuts were stale, an all around terrible experience. Absolutely ridiculous.
