  • My review is more for customer service, or lack there of. After a decent massage and ok services I came home only to find out my account had been charged twice and when I called to find out how this situation could be rectified they barely batted an eye and offered no apology whatsoever. This is after calling 3 times and waiting 15-20 each time for them to even answer the phone. My money MIGHT be refunded in 5 days. At this point I want it all refunded given this horrible experience. Truly disappointed.
