My dog's heart medicine was not received. I called Diamondback (after calling three previous times to give them my payment info to fill the prescription in the first place). They told me their records showed the medication was delivered, which I assured them it was not. They didn't offer to replace the medication or refund my payment. I filled the prescription locally, which meant taking off work and driving 45 minutes to the pharmacy. I called Diamondback again today, and the rep suggested I call my local post office to try and track the package down...maybe the post office still had it? They refused to give me a refund. I was treated like someone shady, and they did nothing to track down the medication I have already paid for.
