I have some good laughs with the main act, but I'm subtracting two stars because of the below:
I wrote the following to the box office's email address on Nov 14 and as of today, 12/1, I have not received a reply:
Dear Manager,
A guest of mine and I missed the first part of the show because the usher seated us incorrectly and I had to go out and get the usher and then when we got back to the theater he argued with me about which seat was which at which point I had to bring him back outside to the booth to show him the map and then when we go back in, he was not efficient in moving the people out of our seats. I definitely missed the first act but the bigger issue is how humiliating it was to be taunted by the other patrons while I was trying to fix your employee's mistake...what a buzz kill for everyone, especially those in my party.
