  • Fast and efficient. However the screen protector they put on was scratched and could only be noticed once in sunlight. I came back in the store and explained I didn't see it before leaving the store and they replaced it for me in minutes, though they obviously didn't have to. It's this kind of stuff that dives business. Well done to Chelsea and the manager on duty. Handled the situation very professionally. I might just get that direct TV after all.
