  • Our water heater stopped working the same day that our bathroom sink stopped.I called Todd's the following morning and they were able to send out a repair team that afternoon. They worked swiftly, effectively, and successfully. The three problems we had when they arrived were no longer problems when they left. The technician explained all of the options available to me when it came to replacing my water heater and was patient while I called my boyfriend to discuss. Then, out with the old and in with the new. It is working great! They they went upstairs to unplug our sink. They worked diligently and after much effort were working in a 1920"s bathroom with a little space, able to unplug the sink and it is now draining better than it has since we moved in eight years ago. The last bathroom was just a little slow drain and while we waited to make sure the first sink was draining, I asked if they could look at their sink. They added an agent, which we believed has helped a little. The sink could probably use a full snake, but that was not part of the service that I had requested when I called. They were just helping me while they were here and were waiting, which I appreciated.
