  • Love love loooove coming to the M pool and Casino especially for an outdoor concert.....however......and this is with the upmost respect towards everyone involved (bar staff), buuuuuut, having a sold out show like last night and 3 bartenders at one bar who "just focus" on people in front of their wells is not going to make for great reviews or decent tips I would guess on their behalf. I have been in the industry my whole life and would loooove to not be so critical or critique anyone but a little advise for any future shows/events.... Have an extra bartender (4 total) to cover corner to corner bar service areas and train the bartenders to move from side to side so that everyone is getting attention and fairness, have the barbacks actually organize and replenish all liquors, beers and garnishes promptly. I was so surprised when my husband ordered 3 beers (30 mins after concert started), the choices were these.....they had 1 ONE Coors Light left and rest Heineken Lights...ummmmm....so after waiting almost 40 minutes and moving around the bar towards the well....there is one beer selection to choose from. Great!!! I'm sure the casino warehouse has plenty of beers waiting to be put out at the bars!! You can see if someone enjoys their jobs because they actually make it entertaining while waiting.. makes the time go by a little easier but if you have stagnant personalities or are "burnt out" of what you chose as your profession....its time to retire and move on, don't make it seem like we are here for your entertainment or your doing us a favor by the lack of uniqueness and lack of smiles. There are always people with qualifications that would die to have your jobs. I should give the pool 5 stars because of the tranquillity and overall experience under the stars, but I can't help but to keep thinking of all of the lack of smiles I didn't see last night. Everyone at the ticket counters were fast and kind as they could give tickets out and the ticket collectors even said enjoy the show.... Hopefully next experience there will be different.
