  • This office quoted me $6,000 worth of work to be done to my four year old daughters baby teeth. we originally saw Dr. Hwang and She seemed very nice, but on a return visit we saw a male dentist who delivered the estimate. I shed tears for how much work needed to be done, and he coldly told me if I couldn't afford the work they could just pull her teeth. It was very upsetting and made me feel like a terrible parent. (However the office staff and this location is very nice.) Luckily I found another dentist in Concord, NC who was wonderful, and fixed my daughters teeth for about $800 total. We have been so happy since switching dentists.
