  • **DO NOT LEASE HERE** The Redstone apartment complex started out as a great experience, however when Olympus Properties took over it was downhill from there. The leasing staff is rude and inconsiderate. The regional manager for Olympus Properties( whom I had to contact because of the ridiculous charges I was charged upon move out) completely ignored my request to have my lease viewed. The new company did not honor the contracts properly, although they say they did. They charged me for a carpet cleaning even though the lease stated that normal wear and tear is expected. The property has broken fences along the perimeter of the apartment buildings and the key fob to get in on one side of the clubhouse has been broken for months. This property and the people employed by this business could care less about you as a person, they just see you as money signs and ignore you once they get your money. DO NOT LEASE HERE.
