  • Hilariously bad service. Went in to get sandwiches. Waited quite a long time while the rude young woman behind the counter stated. No offer to help. Finally I said politely, can I order here? She said, yeah, you checkout here. I gave a little laugh of disbelief and said, but the sandwiches are here. I wanted to show you which one I wanted. She strode over without a word and literally tossed the sandwiches onto the counter in front of me. Also, food is a bit old. Wilted lettuce etc. But I expect that at a hotel snack bar. But rude service! Wow.
