  • I love the bagels at Einstein. But the employees here are rude AF. They have absolutely zero customer service and they all look like they hate their jobs. Which they probably do since they are unfriendly, unhelpful, and look miserable. Shame on Einstein for employing staff like this. The only reason I continue to go is for the food. Other than that I would much rather visit a different vendor.
