  • Definitely in need of an upgrade on the property as well as the rooms. They do provide a lot of amenities for kids which was a plus such as a slide in the pool, basketball courts, ping pong table, large outdoor board games, pool tables, and lots of water activities. Also the pool doesn't close till 10pm which was definitely a positive. On the downside, our luxury suite for a hefty penny wasn't so luxury. Large barren room with no mini fridge, no desk to do work just a L-shape couch and a tv stand with a tv on it that didn't work. The bedroom was also very large with just a kind size bed and two bed stands with a single couch and another tv that didn't work. The bathroom was oddly shaped and tight with a weird door that opened into the shower. The plans were not well thought out. Upon calling for room service twice the representative was rude and definitely did not provide any type of customer service so don't expect it from this hotel. Informed the front desk about the situation and yet they just gave me a number to the cooperate office. Thank goodness Michael was understanding of the situation and informed me to email him prior to booking another trip there. He also waived the resort fee for one night.
