  • Worst rental service ever. As someone who rents cars a lot, I was astonished at the service I received. First, they did not have the car we requested so we ended with a crappy Nissan Versa that had worn out brakes. Then, the customer service was absolutely terrible. Not only do they not care about repeat customers but they refuse to offer any help at all. Make sure to check your credit card after returning the car because ours was charged way more than what was quoted. Go ANYWHERE but here. I will never come to hertz again- ESPECIALLY this location. Rudest and shadiest workers ever coupled with the worst customer service. I wish I could give less than one star because they don't even deserve that.
