  • UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST.... SEE PHOTO OF LETTER WE RECEIVED ATTACHED... We wouldn't step foot in this clinic again if you paid us to. My husband has already moved on to a cardiologists office that actually cares about the patient experience. I'm extremely disappointed, although not shocked, in the continued level of carelessness the manager (who commented on my previous post, pretending to care) and this group shows. We have a terrible experience, I share it with the community, the manager responds to my post, pretending to care about us, only to find out my husbands information in order to "fire" him as a patient. No one cared to call or find out further information about our experience. As a healthcare professional, I am an administrator of an ambulatory surgery center, and If I ever received a review like mine, I would immediately do everything in my power to find out more information and resolve the issue. It's very disappointing that nobody reached out to even say "I'm sorry that you had that experience." They pretended to care to obtain my husband's information to "fire" him as a patient. Not one single phone call. Not "I'm sorry you feel that way, but we have many other amazing doctors. Can we transfer your care?".... NOTHING but a phony response to my previous post and a certified letter sent to us. There are MANY amazing doctors in Las Vegas, and groups like this are the reason there is such distrust in physicians in the valley.
