Took my watch in for a new battery. When I came back to pick it up the kid at the counter inspected my watch to make sure it worked, tinkered with it, said it was working and charged me. I realized later it was not working. Went back to complain and used the word lie a couple of times which annoyed the female employee who then asked me with a bit of an attitude why I kept using the lie. Cause he did. That's why. Instead of saying, "hey maybe it's a bad battery let's try another one or maybe there might be something else wrong with it that we can't fix, he CHOSE to say that it worked and sent me on my way. An intentional false statement. So yes, he lied. I did not appreciate the attitude I was getting from the female employee who had nothing to do with the situation AT ALL. When I called her out on her attitude she could only retort that I was having attitude. Yea I certainly was having attitude. You guys gave a poor service and made me pay for it. During all this the supervisor sat there while his employee was trying to argue with me. All three need to be replaced. Probably should have went to the other location I went to previously, they were a lot nicer and actually did their job correctly.
