  • We love going to Tempest in the summer and sitting outside during their happy hour. This has to be one of the best happy hours in Madison, yet I'm always surprised how few people are there. The oysters are pretty good, although sometimes not shucked properly. We once tried the burger and it was surprisingly excellent for a seafood restaurant. The servers are always fabulous. Will return!
