  • After calling multiple storage facilities in the N Scottsdale area for pricing, in preparation for my upcoming move, I decided to stop in at Life Storage to check out the units and see what they had to offer. I was warmly greeted by Dominique who was extremely knowledgeable and happy to take me through the building and show me my options. The facility is immaculate and easily accessible off Shea Blvd. I loved that it is climate controlled so don't have to worry about things getting damaged by the extreme Summer heat. After finding exactly what I needed, I decided Life Storage was the bedst value in terms of pricing and service. Dominique (along with Michael's assistance) got me set up VERY quickly and she was thorough in explaining all of the details about access, insurance, and auto-pay for convenience. Really positive experience from the time I walked IN as a prospect to when I walked OUT as a customer. HIGHLY recommend Life Storage on Shea/74th St and I look forward to being a valued client of theirs! Thanks Dominique & Michael!
