  • Just got a call from the rudest lady ever! She right off said the company's name and said, do you still need a quote? I felt attacked by the way she said it! I've been in the Customer Service Industry for over 20 years and she was one of the rudest people I've spoken to in a long time!! Your correct Miss, You're Not The Company For Me!!
