| - I use this gym while I am in AZ working as its located just down the street from the hotel I usually stay at.
The gym is a basically a 2 story layout, however, there is only cardio equipment located on 1/2 of the "2nd floor" more like a balcony.
This gym has been here a while and while it is dated with older machines, some wear in the carpets, and a somewhat damp smell they do have provide everything needed to complete a serious workout.
The free weight area is a large rectangle area providing Squat racks, cable machines, benches, free weights, and a large range of dumbbell's. One of the great things about this gym that many others just don't seem to follow is the organization of free weight plates. There tree racks are all numbered with the weight # and its pretty easy to not place a weight on the wrong area. I have seen there staff actually moving plates if on the incorrect rack/peg/tree.
Cardio equipment is fairly descent and the times I have been here I have not seen 1 piece of equipment not working, so that's certainly a plus!
The lockers rooms are standard layout with nothing special here.
This gym does have a spinning room on the first floor.
Overall, I have been satisfied with the use of this facility and since I have been going there for a couple years, (didn't yelp back then) the place has remained about the same condition.
They do charge a $15 guest fee per day.
