  • We received a flyer and we called and were given a firm price on the phone to have our ducts cleaned. We reconfirmed with the person answering the phone that there would be no additional charge than what was quoted on the phone, $150 something. When the techs came out, they of course were astonished that we had received such a quote and proceeded to give us a true quote of app $375. We called the office and talked to someone other than the person who gave us the original quote and he was of course confused and said that the first person would never have given a quote like that and implied that we were wrong. When we threatened to contact the BBB they back peddled and told us they would do it for the original amount quoted. They did come back out after we told them that we weren't interested in paying $375 and did the job. RUN DON'T WALK TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
