Ordered my college graduation invitations from Jostens. I've called twice and received the same standard message from customer service, "there in pick and release". They also tell me this is their busiest time of the year and they are swamped. This is their business, outsource or something. They should have a plan B and plan C. If they can't get them done and out in appropriate time, they should tell customers in the beginning to allow us to take our business elsewhere. My next time hunch is to go with VistaPrint.
